WEDDING. I ESPECIALLY LIKE WHEN THE FUTURE BRIDES MOTHER-IN-LAW MAKES THE COMMENT, "IT'S ALL GREEK TO ME!", WHEN THEY CANNOT
UNDERSTAND ANYTHING THE FAMILY IS SAYING AT THE "FEAST" THEY ARE
INVITED TO!

THE WORD PROTEIN IS DERIVED FROM THE GREEK WORD PROTEUS, WHICH LITERALLY MEANS OF PRIMARY IMPORTANCE. IT IS TRANSLATED INTO LATIN AS "PRIMARIES", THAT IS, THE PRIMARY CONSTITUENT OF THE BODY!

IN A BOOK I RECENTLY READ I LEARNED THE HUMAN BODY REQUIRES 22 AMINO ACIDS TO BUILD BODY ORGANS, MUSCLES, AND NERVES(AND MUCH MORE). I RECALL LEARNING THIS IN SCHOOL SOME 19 YEARS AGO, BUT WHEN I READ THIS BOOK CALLED "THE MAKERS DIET" ALL WHAT I LEARN CAME FLOODING BACK TO ME!LOL

AS I CONTINUED TO READ, I LEARNED MORE IN DEPTH UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS, THE HEALTHY HUMAN BODY IS ABLE TO MANUFACTURE ALL BUT EIGHT OF THE 22 AMINO ACIDS FROM HEALTHY FOOD SOURCES ENTERING THE BODY. THESE 8 ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS MUST COME FROM OTHER SOURCES OUTSIDE THE BODY. IF EVEN ONE OF THE 8 ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS IS MISSING THE BODY IS UNABLE TO SYNTHESIZE THE OTHER PROTEINS IT NEEDS--NO MATTER HOW MUCH PROTEIN YOU EAT!

THE AUTHOR OF THIS BOOK RECOMMENDED ANIMAL PROTEINS FROM BEEF, LAMB, GOAT, BUFFALO, VENSION, ELK AND OTHER CLEAN RED MEATS; FISH WITH FINS AND SCALES FROM OCEANS AND RIVERS; CHICKEN, TURKEY, AND OTHER POULTRY RAISED IN A FREE-RANGE SETTING OR ORGANCIALLY AND GRASS-FED.

WHY? WELL MY BROTHER IS NOT NORMALLY HEALTHY! THEREFORE HIS BODY DOES NOT PROCESS SOME SIMPLE FOODS BECAUSE HIS BODY IS CONTAMINATED WITH POISONS....HE SMOKES, HE DRINKS AND HE SIMPLY DOES NOT EAT AS HEALTHY AS HE SHOULD! I LOVE MY BROTHER, I AM NOT BLOGGING TO "RAG" ON MY BROTHER, BUT ONCE WE LEARN WHY THINGS ARE WE WILL MAKE A CONSCIENCE EFFECT TO CHANGE OUR LIFESTYLE! emoticon

    I am meatless and do not miss it one bit, or should I say bite. Eating a plant based diet is the best way for a sustainable future and healthy body. Meat protein, setting aside emotional attachments regarding killing animals, is too high a price to pay for the amount of payoff. Plant protein is by far cleaner, cheaper, and utilized by the body much easier. And it is a cleaner more caring food source.
