Sunday's fail

So, I woke up this morning with pink eye in BOTH my eyes. I just wanted to cry! I hate getting that! I've gotten it so many times in the past 2 years... and I blame the 2 year old! LOL.

So... waking up this morning... this disappointed... my whole day was a fail. I failed on pretty much everything I touched, ate, did.... I always dread the weekend... every time the weekend rolls around... I screw up. I need extra double duty support on the weekends! I never behave then. Its when we tend to run around so much and I just eat whatever wherever. So not a good thing!

So, I've been crabby and my eyes itch and burn.... my stomach is growing to my fail...

Crabby crabby crabby.

Back on track tomorrow... I never have been so excited to see a Monday!

    Just think of it like this...you in no way gained back the 14 lbs you've lost thus far, there's still time to do some exercises b4 bed time and tomorrow is a brand new day! And I'll see you then!

    Well at least you recognize you have a problem keeping on track on the weekends. If you are on track all during the week then don't beat yourself up over slipping. Maybe you can set up a plan the week before to have healthy meal already prepared for the weekend with health snacks like fresh fruits, etc.

    So weekends are tired for you too?!? Well, I work only weekends, so this helps me through the days. I packed my breakfast, lunch, and supper and Snacks. I pack really good meals, taco salad, strawberries, cool whip, grilled chicken salad and much more!! I even manage to jog up and down the stairs at my job. Be excited about your weekends.
