It's Monday and I'm back on track!

So, I've found out what my weakness is.... its the weekends. I find all the great work I do during the week, I tend to flub up on the weekends. My goal this week is to find ways to ensure my weekends do NOT fail. I will plan activities that will get myself as well as my family out moving. Whether that is just merely walking the mall or out biking around the lake. Something to get us moving. As for foods... I'm going to look up crock pot meals here on Spark people and throw together meals I won't need to worry about and will in turn be good for me.

Today... I've already drank 2 glasses of water... going on 3. I've woke up with a little jogging in place... I think I'm going to purchase a jump rope... I keep getting images of "Rocky" in my head... lol. Eye of the Tiger playing in my head... ha ha!

I hope to make better choices today!

    Congratulations to being back on track!

    I sometimes have the same issue - my M-F routine is so... well, ROUTINE that come Saturday and Sunday I tend to get off track.

    Good luck with the crock pot meals!
