10 Pounds Gone- First Blog

I hit my first Mini goal Yeah.. It does feel good. I lost 7 lbs the first week and I did have a few high calorie days so I'm pretty happy to have 10 in 3 weeks.. I'm doing really good with measuring and counting everything. I drink my water through out the day and I'm working out every other day. I also try to do something active like working in my garden or taking my son for a walk on the days I don' get on the bike..
I even did really well when my boyfriend got food from a few different places last weekend and I said nope I'm saving my calories for my salad and good food instead of crap.. Thats what it is crap .. More like poison.. Thats what I try to think of it as Fast food = Poison.. It's not Healthy. Makes you fat not to mention what it really does to your blood and organs. Makes you feel like crap after you eat it . So no more poison for this girl.. I'm all done with it. I'm not sayingIi won't go out to eat now and then, but the fried stuff has to go.. So thanks for reading if anyone does.. SOOOOO PROUD OF MYSELF!!!!!! =] WOO HOO!!!
