OMG! 265lbs Discouraged but determined

Well, instead of losing weight, I have gained. I logged my calories for most of the time, and worked out an average of three days a week by swimming, but the scale revealed a 10lb increase. I have to be honest, I have also, had cravings of sugar, which I fueled and listened to, so this is my own undoing and I need to stay on track. Time to start again, this time with logging ALL food eaten, and follow a diabetic program, which also limits caloric intake, for weight lose. I have found a meal planner on another site, as I can't seem to get their meal planner working, for that matter there isn't a link to turn it on, as there should be on my nutrition tracker. So, I did what I had to do, find something that will work for me. So, as of tomorrow, 7/29/10, I will restart my new way of thinking, eating, and living!!
