I want to bring my weight to 145
I'm going to do 100 bicycle crunches a day
I'm going to do 20 reverse crunches a day
Restarting the 30 day shred-I did a round of it in Jan. and LOVED it!
Work on my Strength training and mainly focusing on the triceps!
Keep working on my running and making my times better!
Here is to Making August a great month-MAKE IT HAPPEN!
This has nothing to do with my August goals but one of my closest friends is closing on a building today and she is turning it into a fitness center-can't wait! The closest center is 20 miles away and this one will be 2 miles away-HOORAY!!!!
