Day 1 of the 3 day diet

Weight: 148.2 lbs
Breakfast was great. I actually felt fuller than I usually do at breakfast. Makes me think that I probably need to add more protein to my breakfasts, and peanut butter is a great option. I even was able to hold longer before I felt hungry again.
Lunch wasn't really tasty but again, I felt pretty full.
Dinner was even too much for me. I didn't finish the apple nor the carrots. Am I the only one who feels hungrier after having an apple? That's actually why I didn't finish it. But I loved the ice cream!
Total was about 900 cals.
