I've been really slacking lately. Had two trips out of town back to back. I got plenty of exercise on the bike trip, which was fantastic, but I also didn't eat particularly healthy. When you're staying at B&Bs you don't have tons of options. Plus, the food was amazing! Last weekend we were camping and doing a little canoeing. Was pretty active most of the time but still ate more than normal. I've been pretty much maintaining my weight but not seeing any progress.
I really need to get back to focusing on whole foods and bumping up my activity level. I know that it works. I've just been lazy and using vacation as an excuse. No more!
