Just made gluten free fried zuchinni and the kids liked it too! The little farm down the road has a small stand with huge zuchinni for 50 cents. So they ate healthy and inexpensively. The most expensive part of the meal were the 2 eggs I used to wash the slices in before dredging in gluten free flour.
