Which is better?

After my last entry I decided to lay off weighing so much. I have to say that by not weighing everyday, I was not as strict with my eating plan. And by not weighing, I had no reason to log in here. Put them together and my weight loss has stalled. I have only lost a couple of pounds in about 3 weeks. I've got a lot going on in my head right now, and that also has caused me to not think so much about food.

So I guess for me, I wil go back to weighing in every day and working harder.

    I too need to weigh myself everyday to keep my head in the game. I think different things work for different people. I have been told to only weigh myself a maximum of once a week... ha.. yeah right!

    I have to track my food or I get way off base. It's too easy to cheat. Sometimes it's good to try other things and when they don't work we can return to the tried and true.
