So.... last night my great, fabulous, most WONDERFUL friend AndieJZ stopped by my place... and we took a very wonderful walk. I guess I'm just not used to the extent of that walk... cause my lower back, my thighs and my calfs are SCREAMING at me today... which I'm stoked by. That means... I worked them hard. :) Apparently, when I walk... I don't go quite as fast and we did yesterday... which is GOOD. Thanks Andie! When I got home... I did 20 sit-ups (since that is my starting number to work with and will gradually add onto this) 50 crunches. I took out my 3 lbs dumb bells and did 20 reps per arm. Again.. my arms are my weakest link.... so... to build any muscle in them will have me raising them screaming with joy!
Tonight is my weigh in... and I'm praying for a miracle... not dropping 10 lbs or anything... but... to go down at ALL would be great with me. Even a .1 lb down will be welcomed. Provided I go down and not up. :)
I've hit rock bottom here a few days ago... I threw myself a pity party... and with everyone's support here... I bounced back. I bounced back with a vengance! I decided to sit back and take some time looking over the success stories here... and how dramatic of a weight loss some people have over come. None of them let pity parties stand in their way. They faught... they faught for what they wanted and they gained an out come that makes them free, happy and lighter. I want that for myself. The only way I'll get it is if I too remove myself from the pity party and fight....
I've hit a slump... so I'm restarting the program from scratch... and trying to train myself to follow whole heartedly step by step by step this program. I've figured out the website of the virtual me's. So, I plan on building one of those perhaps this evening... so I can see what I would look like thinner. That in itself will motivate me to shake every agonizing pound off of me.
Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for their support, friendship and love during this journey... when the cheeseburgers call my name.... you all have called for me louder.
