My late Saturday/ Sunday morning Squeeee

So, Friday nights are USUALLY my weigh in nights and I completely forgot about weighing in at my normal time. Which is 5:30 pm. I've chosen this time, since it was the time I used when I used to attend Weight Watchers. Just felt it was decent enough to keep that time slot and to continue with it.

Well... with that said... Friday night I forgot and did not weigh myself until almost 7:00 pm and I had recently had dinner. So, my scale looked at me and called me a fatty. Said I put on 4 extra lbs! But, instead of beating myself up... I sat back and thought about it. Told myself... no way I could have gained... It HAD to be I weighed in later and just ate, so all my food was weighing me down. So, decided to instead wait for Saturday to roll around and try once again to see if I've lost the weight I put on the day before... so I could write it off.

To my absolute delight... I was right!

The very wonderful scale said not only did I lose my 4 ghost pounds... I lost some extra baggage as well! I bounced and squealed and told anyone who would listen to my excitement.

Spark people has changed my life in so many ways.... and its showing on my face! The complete enjoyment and affirmation that I am accomplishing even small goals. It does a WORLD of good.

My ankles have been hurting a little bit lately though... anyone have any remedies to get them back to good working order? AndieJZ taught me an ankle stretch I've been TRYING to incorporate...but... any other advice would be welcomed.

Oh yeah... I kept hearing about Zumba... and HAD to sneak a peak of what the heck it was online... OMG.... that looks like so much fun! I definitely think I'm going to try doing that. :D

    Awesome news and love your excitement. I weigh myself first thing in the morning before I eat or drink. That has just always been my way.
