2 birds one stone

Today I knew I wasn't up to my regular Wii challenge due to sore knees. So I started off with easy yoga, arm exercise, then started the 20 minute Island lap at a slower pace than normal. As I was walking in place I spied a few things that needed doing, so I cleaned the living room while walking. LOL my DH got a good laugh at it until I told him he was in charge of vacuuming after I finished my exercises. Despite the slower pace I was able to make 4.33 miles, got in 39 minutes of exercise and have a clean living room. Not bad for an off day.
