Meltdown!

Wednesday, August 11, 2010

Have to 'fess up that I had a little meltdown last night...no real reason, just stress eating. I need to work on that. The problem is, when I WANT TO DO IT I KNOW it's wrong, I KNOW I'm going to be sorry, I KNOW exactly what I'm doing...and I do it anyway.

ACK!

Off to the dreadmill because today's a new day!

Been there. Am that. BUT we continue to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and get pack at it.

You know sometimes I think we just mix up Beck's rule , "Just do it anyway."
It's easy to get them confused, we are learning so many new catch phrases.

You have had a pretty hectic time getting back to school back into the groove and applying yourself so well to this journey. Kudos for taming the shrew right in the place and time; didn't let it wreck your momentum.

Better days ahead, Pollyanna Sunshine emoticon

Oh, I've so been there! Just last week even! But it's ok! One time isn't going to wreak this journey we are on and you recognized it and it sounds to me that you are determined to not let it affect you! Keep up the amazing work you've been doing so far!!!

Hey TG, You really had me scared for a bit. I know EXACTLY how you feel. You know the right choice but you consciously make the wrong choice. When you figure out not why but HOW to resist that urge then you will retire rich.

I think this is just a slight step sideways. You did it for one evening and you are refocused already.

We still have today plus 4 more before this weeks challenge is over so you can still win. Yes I cheated and got on the scale - hasn't moved since Monday so I have to scramble to make something happen this week.

    Keep your focus!!

LOL, I like that....dreadmill. Kind of how I view my own. We can't be perfect all the time, and at least you know when and why you do it. Hope today is better and good luck to you!

It happens to most if not all of us! I was "less than perfect" yesterday, too - but it IS a new day and we all have our chance to make it shine! One day at a time. Love and befriend yourself - you deserve it! It will be a good day. Thanks for sharing of yourself.

i love the fact that you have recognized it, shared it, and put it behind you!!

we do it over and over again, the good thing about it is that we can also choose to live through it, learn from it and allow it to catapult us into doing better!
