Week's Been a Blur

I had a very good day yesterday and have another one planned for today! It is 4:40 a.m. and I'm ready to head down to the treadmill. I've struggled a bit this week but I'm now going strong. No insightful blogs for me this week, just trying to string together as many positive steps as I can.
Whenever I think I should be losing weight faster or more consistently; whenever I start to beat myself up for what I HAVEN'T done -- I think about what I HAVE done right: the crappy pizza I passed up on two days, the catered breakfast I didn't eat, the chicken breast sandwich I ate at a restaurant instead of the BBQ plate, etc. etc. Not to mention the days I've gotten up early to get on the treadmill instead of sleeping in!
SO -- even if the scale isn't making record moves downward, without all the positive actions I HAVE taken it could be moving UPWARD. So it's all good!
Only three more days in this week's challenge, everyone! Make it a good day! Let's make sure there's a little less of us by Monday!
