Back in the Saddle Again

The last few months have been horrible for me, and diet and exercise just took a back seat. I wish I had kept with it, but I don't blame myself for not. It was one of the hardest summers I have ever had.
I can't say that it is better yet, but I am ready to take some control back in my life. I want to start with living healthier. I think it will help me to feel better, and give me something positive to focus on, for me.
I am going to do Weight Watchers, because I feel that for me, its a reasonable plan that I can stick to without feeling deprived. There are thousands of AMAZING recipes out there, and lots of "free" foods too, which helps. After calculating my points, I should be able to have 34 points every day. I am off to look for recipes now!
