Back down again

Back to 200lb again, down 2 from 10 days ago. Considering that I'm not 100% keeping to 1600 cals I'm doing well. I think once I'm back at work and don't have lunches and dinners out day after day I should be fine.

Had to take a size 18 skirt back to Dorothy Perkins as it is too big so I guess my going to the gym is paying off.

In the meantime, even though I'm not on here day after day I am keeping things in check. Back in earnest when I return to work

    Currently cycling 5k on a recline bike and 12 mins on the arm bike. That's my cardio. Plus I do a little jogging/walking on the treadmill. Up to 5 mins of jogging at the mo. Pay for it the next day though.

    Osteopath has told me I need to push it a little but not let the pain get more than I can deal with and still get on with life in general. bit of a difficult equation at times.

    No doubt about it, summer + less exercise = uh-oh! How's your knee? Do you see jogging any time soon in your future? :-)
