2 days... down 2.5 lbs!!
I'm still making mistakes and still having cravings, but I'm trying, and that's what counts. The changes I'm making are showing up on the scale too, which is encouraging. I just need to keep with it!
It hasn't been easy re-learning how to eat. I love fatty foods and sugary things. Its wonderful that Weight Watchers lets you work your points in however you see fit, as long as you stay within them. It means I can have things that I can't have on any other diet. It means that if I "cheat" I don't feel SO bad, and don't feel like I have to give up on my diet. It means that I don't feel so deprived.
I've also found Fiber One bars which are like little pieces of HEAVEN. 1 point, and taste just like a candy bar. Because they're so fiber filled they also help to curb my appetite, which helps a lot for the mid-afternoon hungries.
