I am still learning a lot about myself and how I respond to food. The latest thing I have to keep telling myself is that feeling hungry is different from going hungry. Food issues anyone?

It says my happy weight is 141 lbs. I remember being that weight in high school when I was running track, and very fit. I won 5th in state for the 200 meter dash. Maybe someday I can get back there.
This is the 7 WW point lunch I had today (the entire plate = 7 points). It was very filling, incredibly tasty, and left me satisfied. If you want to make one like it, here's the recipe for the mini pizzas (4 points for both):
1 whole grain honey wheat sandwich round, split in two.
1 clove garlic, minced
light drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette
1 oz chicken breast lunch meat, sliced thin
1/4 cup skim mozzarella cheese
* preheat oven to 400*
* chop tomato and mix with garlic, italian seasoning to taste, and balsamic vinaigrette.
* place sandwich rounds crust down, in baking pan.
* top sandwich rounds with lunch meat, then a layer of tomato mixture, then cheese.
* bake at 400* until cheese is melted (about 7 minutes)
(also on my plate there is a cup of cherries - 1 point - and a low-fat-high-fiber brownie - 2 points)
