Too pooped to participate!

Man...the past couple of day I have been supa tired!
I was supposed to get up this AM for a quick 1 mile morning walk... NOPE...I was sooo tired i slept as late as I could. I didn't use the stairs ONCE today...OUCH!
I just got in the door from a 3 hour return trip from dropping the boy off at grampa's for a week...so I have crawled into bed SANS THE PUSH UPS OR CRUNCHES...i COULD get up to do them but I am so spent my muscles surely would not benefit from it, so I will live it alone and recover.
I came online to grab a few SP points before the day was done...
But now...I am done...way pooped...gonna crash now, as I have a C25K tomorrow and I MUST DO IT!
Life has been a crazy roller coaster of craziness this past week... emoticon

I can make it through....by sleeping first...tackling the world tomorrow!

    So did you do it? Did you get your c25k in this morning? After giving yourself a much deserved & needed rest, I'll bet your legs were rarin' to go.

    You have your whole life to get healthier... a day of rest isn't going to sabotage your progress. In fact, your body's probably telling you that you need some rest. Just stay focused and take things one day at a time.
