I've been suffering /W/ allergies, so I didn't workout to often in the past few days, so today I decided to do a, "COMBO WORKOUT" To try to catch up a bit /W/ my strength training. I lost 2 days of it, one for lower & one for upper body. So today I combined them together. I felt I accomplished quite a bit today.
1. DB Squats /W/ OH Presses // 2 X 15 Reps & //1 X 12 Reps (Heavier WT.)
2. DB Romanian Deadlift /W/ /// 1 Set /W Double Arm Rows 15 Reps //& //2 X 15 reps /W/ 3 Way Rows
3. DB Side Lunges /W/ Alternating Front & Side Lateral Raises // 3 X 15 Reps per set
Added pulses in the last set
4. DB Lunges /W/ Curls /// 2 Sets X 15 Reps //& 1 Sets Of "21's" & 1 SET OF BB Lunges 8 Reps // Heavier WT.
5. Pile Squats /W// OH Tricep Ext. /// 2 Sets X 15 Reps // & 1 Set Of Piles /W/ BB (HEAVY WEIGHT /// 8 REPS) & 1 Set Of Tricep Ext. ON Ball /// 15 REPS
6. DB Calf raises /W/ Shrugs ///// 3 X 15 REPS
7. OH Chest Presses ///ON Ball /// 2 SETS Of 15 REPS & Bridge /W/ B.B. Presses//10 REPS
After I Completed My Workout I Did Some Kettlebell Moves For A Total Body ///1 set of 15 reps
Also in between my weights, before I moved on to the next exercise, I did planks - Variety, & other Core exercises.
For My QFC : I did my DB Side Bends : 4 SETS OF 60 Per Side
Also Jumped Rope between sets for 2 minutes
Also Jacks ( Altogether 300 of them )
COBRA : 6 SETS /W/ 30 SEC. HOLDS
Yoga Poses : Variety & Did balance exercises /W/ my pods //VARIETY
Kickboxing : At the beginning For My Warm Up : 15 min.
Rear Leg Lifts /W// Ball : 3 X 15 & 15 Pulses
So I Guess I Did Make Up For The Days I Didn't Workout & I Felt Great. My Allergies Weren't As Bad Today, But I still Was Stuffed Up, But I Did IT Anyway. All The Other Days

, I Had Such Migranes, I Just Couldn't Workout. I felt So Guilty. I Hope They Don't Act Up Tomorrow For Me. I want To Get Outdoors To Ride My
