Couch to 5K: Week 7, Day 3

I don't know what's wrong with me...although I suspect I do emoticon

I have been CRAZY tired the past several days. My C25K was scheduled for last night but I couldn't do it...I was too tired AGAIN! That being said, I went to bed at 9:30 and don't recall seeing the clock after 9:40, which is awesome for me. Typically I am awake til the wee hours of the morn.

I got up earlier than usual (I don't want to say 'I got up early', because you'd all laugh at what I call early!)
I ran inside, as my daughter is home alone with me and doesn't like being home alone. So I promised her I'd run indoors while she slept.

I really have a hard time making it through the 10-14 minutes....once I am done that, I am good to go....weird.

Today's Stats:

Distance= 3.74km
Time= 25 minutes
Pace= 6.41/km
Calories: 322

I also did my 5 minute before and after walk.

All and all I am happy.
I was worried on Sunday's run, thought I wouldn't make it past week 7, but it looks like I just may be ready to move along to week 8...YAY ME!

    Sounds like you're doing a fantastic job with your running!!
    I always have trouble with the first 10-15 minutes too, and then seem to somehow find my groove.
