BL Challenge...

I have come to the conclusion that I am someone who is motivated by challenge. I know that I thrive under pressure, but the challenge that I just joined, has sparked (no pun intended, or maybe it should be) motivation in me.

I don't want to let my team down...knowing that I have a goal to meet in 10 weeks, it will force me to exercise and eat right, and hopefully in turn fuse the good habits.

I have already noticed that my water consumption is better....I want those 5 points every day - and I won't add them if I really don't drink them....it wouldn't help anyone to lie, and it would only hurt me....

Motivation...I need it...I crave it on some level.

On another fun note, I spent an hour bowling with my little guy today and it was the most fun....
