New day

Okay, I have a hard time keeping myself accountable. So my new plan is to recap each day, EVERY day, for one month. I will write if I exercised, ate well or not, how I''m feeling, all that. If I have to write it I will be accountable.
I will be back later...but so far I did 1/2 hour on the elliptical and have been eating well...

Okay, end of the day check in...1650 calories, half an hour exercise, feeling pretty good.
Tomorrow's plan: strength training, stay in calorie range and posts stats, maybe do some yoga too...

    Good idea. It amazes me how being accountable somewhere on Spark seems to help. Even when no one comments, it feels like 'the world' knows. LOL
