Couch to 5k: Week 8, Day 2

I can't believe I have already come this far. It seems like just last week I started this program. OK...well mmaaaaaybe not juuuust last week.
Today was another 28 minutes straight with 5min warm up and 5 min cool down...I did WAY more stretching at the end this time...I felt I needed it more for some reason.
I ran a wee bit faster today...really for my own amusement...I wanted to beat Friday's distance so I thought I would pick up the pace a little. Just a little competition with myself!
While I ran (indoors) my daughter did so WiiFit activity of her own...I can't wait til my Tuesday run so I can go outside again...My daughter can't be left alone so I have to do run indoors...however, she won't be alone Tuesday! YIP YIP YAY!!!!
As soon as I finish this C25K, I wlll swing over to a C2 10K progr,,,,however I obviously won't be starting from scratch...although maybe I will...as well as keep up my 5k runs on other days...I'll have to research it and see what the best approach to take is...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...I guess I could also simply continue doing this with a 10% increase weekly...
