Brain vomit and organize

Sometimes when i get overly confused, annoyed and frustrated i try to use 1 of 2 methods to take care of it. 1) cleaning/organize or 2) journalling or as i call the brain vomit.
i have been really distracted so i started journallying a few says this week. yes i was busy, but i am still not able to focus on 1 task at a time for too long. i read through it and noticed a trend: i was feeling like i have several small tasks that don't take long, but only need to be done a2-5 times a year. so instead of being upset that i should do it.. pick one and just do it.
For instance, i was annoyed because i thought i needed to buy some new clothes. i decided to first clean out 1 drawer of my dresser. i then decided to look at the next one and then the rest. i cleaned the pile off my dresser too. then on sat afternoon, i did my closet.
i'm still a little distracted, but now i finished a few dasks and don't have to worry as uch about laundry.
