Decent day. 1013 calories (never fear , I will be having rum later!)
45minutes on the elliptical
I will be doing a quick strength training w/o in a minute while watching a movie.
All in all feeling pretty good. Weight this am 168 according to my Wii...I'll be using that for weight for consistency. I did not take any measurements today, tomorrow it is.
Off to watch a movie with my husband, Night...
