Last night I had way more food than I wanted to...not bad foods...just MORE food.
Now that I have the Bodybugg, I am OBSESSED with the data. So I ate more calories than I actually burned. UNTIL....I decided to work my little rear end off as much as I could to make up for those extra cals eaten. I did planks, push ups, crunches, treadmill, dumbbell thingies and leg thingies (have no clue what their real names are)...anyway at 11:00pm I decided I had done as much as I was gonna do (1hou, 40minutes treadmill PLUS all my other floor stuff). I figured I was well over my calorie deficit on Friday that the two day total could somehow balance things out...
I uploaded the info from my Bodybugg to my computer, and holy crap...I MADE IT!!! I was 1 calorie over what I needed. AWESOME I TELL YA!!!
I programmed the BB so I could lose 2lbs a week, in order to do that I need to have a 1000 calorie deficit a day. Now if I didn't do it on the odd day, oh well no worries, I will at least be in the 1.5lb loss per week. Either way...I'm good!
Today I watched EVERYTHING that I ate...no way I am staying up til 11:00pm again tonight just to burn cals.
My daughter and I got creative in the kitchen. I LOVE pasta yet don't eat it often due to the carb/cal content.
We decided to try out the Atkins Penne Pasta, instead of eating it hot, we decided to eat it cold, loaded with veggies, a few craisins and Walden Farms Creamy Bacon dressing- sprinkle a bit of shredded cheese...AND YUM!!!! It made an awesome dinner...combined with our dessert, a chocolate muffin at 100 cals, we had a super supper!
Carrots, green pepper, cabbage, cucumbers, green onions, craisins, were added.
Dessert was yummy...they come frozen so I heated them up...and OMG Delish!!!!
ALL FOR LESS THAN 400 CALS!!! Can you believe it???!!!!
