Day 3 (added a little late!)

Not a bad day, a bit over on calories, but I'm not sweating it.
Managed to get 25 minutes of yoga in.
Weight 167 on the Wii
Those extra calories are only because I was bored, need to work on that.
Plan for Day 4: elliptical, strength
