* consume 1200 calories a day
* eat healthily, practise what I'm learning from The Spark
* no more guess work, weigh out the food
* eat suhoor and iftaari properly everyday whilst fasting
UPDATE: Yes I managed to meet my nutritional goals! However on a few days I did go under my 1200 calories a day but tracking meant I realised this and amended it quickly!!
UPDATE: I did exercise consistently for the first half of the month, then I got side tracked because I started working and just generally became a lot more busy. I did however stay active by walking at least 3 miles a day which means I didn't stray too far...
Weight/ measurement goals:
* leave from the crappy flat in 140-ville (but always remaining grateful for the roof over my head) and build a mansion in 130-ville!!
NO I HAVEN'T but I'm more closer to 130-ville now than I was before....so that's gotta count for something!!
* drop from size 14/16 UK to a comfy size 12 (in regards to tops)
ERM...SORT OF, I haven't lost enough inches around my bust to fit into a UK size 12 however they fit well around my stomach and arms, I just need to lose my bust! URGH!
EXTRA: I've lost around 11 inches from var. places this month, esp. my core 4 inches from my belly area, 2.5 from my waist and 1/2 an inch from my bust
All in all, yay!
UPDATE: MY FAMILIA!
My family is a lot more healthy now. Apparently my constant yapping about my goals and weight loss etc. hasn't fallen on deaf ears! Even though the rest of the family is classified as 'healthy' in regards to BMI (except my 16 year old brother) they don't eat healthily... But this month we've eaten less meat and I make a huge salad for everyone, I end up hogging most of it but at least everyone has salad now with every meal (except breakfast!) I also put fruit on a plate for everyone else to eat during meals.
My parents do all the cooking but since I've been hanging around more often they bake things instead of frying them, use less oil and more veg. and I've got my brother reading THE SPARK so
