First Day of School....

Today was the first day of school for the boys. I decided that today was also going to be the start of my new exercise routine. My older son gets on the bus at about 6:50 every morning and the little guy 8:30...so there is a nice chunk of time between the 2....so I am going to use that time on 2 of the days I am not watching my niece to go for a run. The third day will be used for a longer run that I can get in before the 2nd bus.

I was ready to go this morning and as the bus took off, so did I. I was unsure of time, so I had a shorter run than I would have liked, but I did it. I will do this again tomorrow....it also means that I am getting the run in before it gets too hot and humid....

I also visited my old office today - and realized that I don't miss it. I miss the people...but not the job or the drive....so glad I made that decision.

I scrapbook as a hobby - don't think I've talked about that yet, and I finally spent some time completing a page....it's below....thanks for looking. It is about the 10K race I ran on the 4th of July.
