Okay as I said yesterday in my blog I have not been seeing results for the past week. I think I may have lost maybe a pound this week but final weigh in is tomorrow. I have been exercising 6 days a week anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour a day depending on the day. I have been eating around 1200 - 1350 calories a day. This is my problem I was thinking about increasing my calories but I am not hungry. I know about 3 months ago when someone posted a comment like that I could not believe it. Getting full on 1200 calories seems like an impossibility. But it is true! Today for breakfast I had a 1/2 of a bagel with Jelly, for snack I am scheduled to have a yogurt, for lunch a smart one and one cup of strawberries for PM snack Snyders cheddar cheese pretzel sandwiches, and for dinner( I have a PTA cookout at school) hot dog, chips, watermelon and cookie. I am still right at 1200 calories. That is eating two snacks and full meals. I don't want to eat more than that. It just seems so wrong to keep eating in an attempt to lose weight. Maybe I should have a more fattening lunch, but that seems wrong too. UGHHHH! So Frustrating.
Tonight is meet the teacher at school and last night was summer carnival at summer camp. I told one of the teachers I would help last night and needless to say I did not spend the carnival with my kids I face painted the entire time. Not once did someone volunteer to relieve me, though the employees where relieved every 30 minutes. I know I volunteered but that just seems rude. I was starving by the time it was over at 8 p.m. My husband brought me a hot dog which I consumed while painting a butterfly on a childs face. Then when I got home and the kids in bed I had to slice watermelon and make trays for tonight's meet the teacher at the Elementary school for tomorrow. I am a chair member of the PTA for my kids school and because no one has joined the PTA ( because it is a new school year) the board members have to fill the positions in the cookout tonight/meet the teacher night. So needless to say I have to meet two teachers, bring enough watermelon to feed 500 people and serve food. I think that should count as exercise. ha ha!
My baby meets her kindergarten teacher tonight. I can't believe she is going in kindergarten. It seems like yesterday we where watching Elmo. I guess it is time she has the attitude of a 3rd grader. She is such a DIVA! Last night at the carnival, my husband said she was hanging out with her little girl friends from school and you would have thought they where in high school. All the eye rolling and giggling. How time flies!
