What a great start to the weekend!

Wow so it`s been a while. Basically I was having a lot problems not over eating this past month mainly cos I had a vacation week and then I got really busy over work and I tried my best but rather unsurprisingly I lost 0.2kg at my monthly weigh in last week.

But this week has been so physically demanding, on top of morning runs like yesterday I walked 2k to my schools in the heat and then back again.

Sticking to my cal ranges is tough cos I`ve been busy all day I just want to load up on energy for the next day.

But also this week I`ve noticed my waist feels smaller, like it backs up what the tape measure says. I remember when I put my hands on hips before I could feel this roll there but now, I`ve noticed it feels much leaner there. As do my legs.

Like I had some loss on my measurements and I guess I really am toning up a little.

So self esteem has had a little boost despite disappointing weigh in, and not being so great on plan but maybe I really am pushing myself physically the past few weeks so maybe it`s ok. When things are settled I can be a bit more organised, but until then keep up the good choices.
