Sleep team....

So - I am not a good sleeper....I wake up a lot, I can't fall back to sleep - I can't go to sleep...you name it - that's me...

Well - I found a sleep team on Spark, and I am going to give it a whirl...it's a 4 weeks progression, and I am all for anything that helps me....

I have to keep a sleep log -so I am going to use my blog to do that....sorry to bore you to sleep (HA HA)... and answer questions....so here goes:

-What time did you wake up today? 7:10
-What time are you lying down to go to sleep? 9:45
-What, if any, was your bedtime routine? The same, teeth, PJ's, tucking the kids, reading for a small bit.
-What were the last food(s) you consumed tonight? Two oreos, and 1 cup of 1% milk at 8ish
-Did you exercise today? No
Did you consume any alcoholic beverages today? No
-Did you consume any caffeinated drinks or foods today? Coke Zero - 20 oz, around noon, and 12 oz around 3.
-Did you take any medications today? Just my pill
Did you take any naps today? No
-What types of stressors did you encounter today, and what types do you expect to encounter tomorrow? nothing that I remember. Tomorrow - school/homework routines....
-How hungry did you feel today? 2
How awake did you feel today? 3
-How irritable did you feel today? 1 - 2
-How long did it take you to fall asleep last night? minutes
-How many times did you wake up during the night? 3 to pee, fell right back for the most part.
-In total, how many hours did you sleep last night? 8 hours
