Goals, accomplishments and another list of "resolutions"

Last week was awesome as I achieved every goal I set for myself. I got plenty of exercise; running three times, yoga twice, a nice long walk today. I ate well, too. I haven't gone over on my calories since 12/29. Here's the very BEST part. In the month of December I set a "miles" goal for running: 31. I beat it by almost 20 miles!

So here are my "resolutions" for this coming week:
~continue drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day
~run at least three times
~yoga twice (once at Renfrew w/Nicola)
~try one new workout dvd

More good news: my current weight is 126.5
My measurements are: waist 28, hips 38, thighs 22 (total lost to date overall 15.5")
I went shopping last Sunday and bought new pants...... size SEVEN!!
I feel great.
