Dr. appt today

Im sorry, but this is not an uplifting blog today. I have been exercising since June and I am not feeling well. I have been trying to be positive, but I have been working to build up to running a mile, and I get winded after 200 ft. I was able to run further a few days ago when I tried my boyfriends inhaler.
I realize that when I bend down, it feels like I can't beathe at all. Last night when I laid down to go to bed, I felt like I wasn't getting enough air. The last couple of days I haven't been able to run far and exercising has been more of an effort and after I exercise, I don't feel better, just very sleeepy :(
This morning I started to walk and felt very tired and weak and stopped before I walked 1/3 of a mile and so I called my doctor and I have an appt this afternoon. ( I hate going to the doctors. I once went 10 years without an appt) Now I just usually do my drreaded check-up once a year.
I have been trying hard to get in shape because my youngest is 4 years and my goal is to go back to work. Keep your fingers crossed for me. Thank You Spark friends.
