Persistence not perfection!!

Monday, September 13, 2010

As the title says, I've just discovered that persistence is what matters not perfection! It's okay to deviate from the straight path of goals and streaks, those few points are just anomalies ;P! It's not a slippery slope, it's just a kick up where you need it most. It's also a well done for coming so far! I didn't even realise how hard it's been keeping track of my food and habits so regularly until I stopped doing so! I've got to cut myself some slack =)!!

Good point reminds me to remember the journey and not focus too hard on the destination but not to loose sight of it.

Hey, you've a very good point! For a nearly perfectionist like me (nearly, don't think I'm a perfect perfectionist, haha), last time, whenever I deviated from my plan, I surely slacked off! So, now, I just give myself room for changes some, tweak some, improve some and of course, lots and lots of self-motivation and praises! Good luck with your climbing the rocky slopes, hope to meet you there and we can build our persistence bungalow emoticon
