Day 6 of Shredding: I did the Level 2 workout! Kicked my butt! I signed up on Jillianmicheals.com to get some food ideas. I really need to got to bed earlier tonight. I'm falling asleep as I type this at 10am! I weighed in today and lost.....0.2lbs! Really? That's it? I need to kick it up a notch and change my diet. According to Jillian Micheal's, should be eating about 1,550 calories for weight loss, so here is my new challenge- Right down what I eat and track my calories. Good times!
