i had to work with my companies help desk yest and today. They are in India and do not understand english. They are smart but do not understand. they have scripts and if you get them off the script they don't understand. i put in a ticket for them to update someting yesturday. it should have taken 5 minutes. i spend 25 min with them on the phone. We went through the same steps 5 times.. no success. then someone else redid it hours later. Still did not work.
i spent another 35 minute today working with them again. the issue is still half there, but at lease it is working for the end user.
