Ya, I can run faster but I choose to ~TRAIN TO RACE NOT RACE TO TRAIN~

So once again this was pretty much a nekkid run that I attempted to run slow since this was a recovery run from last night. Folks, its becoming more and more difficult to run...slow. Please define slow. My pacing and the ease of running is becoming easier every week. Don't get me wrong, some of my runs are hard but its becoming more difficult to hold the reins back as my legs are wanting to go. Pretty sweet.
Because this would be such a short boring blog entry I am going to sweeten the pot with PHOTOS! I can sense your excitement!! So lets get on with the show!
