end of wk 2

This is the end of week 2 of working out 6 days a week.

I just did Cardio Party 1 with the gloves and my upper body hurts like crazy. Then I tried to make it thru Turbo Sculpt with 5 pd weights and my body totally failed after 22 minutes. Still, not too bad?

Tomorrow is Punch Kick and Jam with gloves and lower body jam. Im also gonna try to do ab jam, but we'll see. Next rest day, next sat!
