I Have Been Set Free

I have found after six months of going gluten free that it is not gluten that I'm allergic to it's dairy. I'm now going Dairy free only and I'm back on track again. I'm drinking Lactose free milk, rice cheese and goat cheese and eating imitation cream cheese. I'm doing a hundred per cent better and I find I'm losing weight again. It feel so good to see the scale starting to go down again and that I'm able to exercise faithfully now. I have started back again from a leave of absence and I started last Friday. To date I have lost 1.5 pounds. I'm working hard to get that last pound off so that I'll have lost two whole pounds by Friday. : ) I know I can make it. I have had some emotional set backs this week but I seem to be keeping strong in my commitement in doing everything I need to to get the job done. Have a good week everyone and Keep On, Keep On.
