Bridge to 10K:Week 2, Day 2

My back has been REALLY sore this week...I am home from work and doing so minor back exercises daily and ab work as well, all in hopes of getting a stronger core that won't kill my back when I run.
I have a few exercises I use from back in my physio days and they seem to be helping a lot.
I also called a couple of personal trainers to see what they could offer up to help me through this.
I have been wanted a PT for a bit now as I know they would certainly be able to help devise a workout plan that would give results.
So this Saturday I have 2 PT sessions scheduled...one in the morning and one in the evening...we'll see who I like the most :)
I am also thinking I may fit a massage in between! Correction...I AM having a massage...just booked it!
Anyway, I got all hopped up on back meds and DID IT!
I was VERY late in doing this...back prevented me from following my schedule...so I am one session behind now...that's OK...FLEXIBILITY is my new mantra.
