OK...So I didn't follow the plan AT ALL
I started running and was in a groove and didn't want to do the 3 sets of 15 minutes with a 1 minute walk between.
That normally takes 47minutes...
Tonight I ran STRAIGHT THROUGH for 45 minutes- I took off the 2 minutes of walking
(not including warm up or cool down)
Time= 45 minutes
RUN RUN RUN!!
