Day One

Today is Day One, again, but I'm back so that's a good thing! I'm hoping to make some progress and stay on here!
Weigh In 238.0
This Week Goal: log all food and do at least 3 days of fitness (minimum of 30 minutes)
October Reward: (1+Month) new phone with ability to log from phone!
Between now and Halloween I need to log it before I eat it in order to earn the smart phone and data package!
How I did last week:
I'm met a friend last Thursday for a walk which turned into over an hour of walking!!!!!
Sunday Molly and I walked for about 2 hours!!!
I didn't log my food or come back to Spark but I started to pay attention to what I was putting in my mouth, especially knowing what I SHOULDN'T, but TODAY is a NEW Day and I'm psyched.
So, I'm off to chores and Laundry and hopefully some loud music cardio around the house to fend off this rainy blah weather! Maybe 3 inches of rain over the next few days, YUCK!!!!
