I've dropped the ball a bit. Instead of shredding daily, I've taken some breaks. Even with the breaks, my endurance is up and I'm thinking a ton about what I am eating. I can't beat myself up too much, at least I am doing something. I need to schedule it in, no matter what. Yesterday I got up to work out and the DVD player wasn't working, so I went back to sleep on the couch. I could have done some stuff without the DVD, but I fell asleep instead. I still am not seeing ahuge weight losss, but other thigs ar happening. Drum roll please....
I can touch my toes!!!
I've never been too flexible and only remember a handful of times when this was possible to do as a kid. I am happy to say, I can stretch and touch my toes. This is major for me!!!
