Happy 1st day of October. It is amazing how fast it actually got here.
Just wanted to check in with everyone and let you know my progress...
I started the 30-Day Shred with Jillian Michaels and I am on Day 3. Today was especially hard to get out of bed at 5:45. I have to really tell myself the hardest part is just getting out of bed, once I am out of bed - I am ready to go. I did it! Love sweating in the morning. I feel really energized once I am done and showered! Such a good feeling. And I tend to forget that exercise helps with stress and man, does it ever!
Eating wise...stilll tracking all my food. Didn't have a great day the other day. Our very close friend whom my fiance and I work with lost his job so we were extremely bummed out. We opened a bottle of wine and you know how it goes after two glasses and depressed people :) Got right back on track yesterday though.
This weekend we are attending a wedding for my cousin. I plan to eat as well as I can (portion wise) and maybe have just one bite of wedding cake then dance my ass off at the reception. Love that!
