I'm back I guess

Yep, today the scales read 140lbs - ten pounds more than when I reached my goal back in February - and I realise I obviously can't keep my weight down on my own. So here I am, back again - and properly back I hope; not just tracking food for half a day every two weeks like I have been!
I've quit my job at the theatre (although I still go back for casual shifts occasionally) so I don't get nearly as much everyday exercise as I used to. Instead I am trying to carve a career in writing, proofreading and editing, which is exciting, but progress is very slow and it will be a while before I'm making proper money again. And of course, it involves me sitting on my bum all day everyday.
So I'm planning on taking a walk nearly every day, and walking into town when I need to rather than getting the bus. I will resume my strength training, which I don't think I've really done this year AT ALL. That's scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays. And of course, I'll be tracking my food again. It's crazy how bad habits have crept in and I've been totally in denial of them.
