Trick Or Treat Challenge - October Goals

Goals for October - I have pledged within my ((((~PoSiTiVe ViBeS~)))) team to lose 8 pounds and complete 1000 fitness minutes.

My plan is to increase my fitness minutes and try to keep within my calorie ranges, increasing my water and fruits/veggies. I also want to help my team to reach our goals with the challenge below!

The Challenge is simple. Each team will complete 3 tricks and 3 treats daily. NO MORE, NO LESS. It is important for teams to discuss what task they wish to complete as to not do the same tricks and treats. Make sure you are doing something other then your team mates and vice versa. This is to keep the points rotating and constantly challenging ourselves and each other. If a team mate is sick or unable to do something the team can step up and do the needed tasks if they wish to do so but not necessary. There is no penalty for not completing the tasks, just no points for the team. A team is for communication, support and making sure that your team is on track. Let's push a little harder this month, give a little more of ourselves. Make this a CHALLENGE for yourself or keep it simple but be ACCOUNTABLE not only to yourself but to your team. Now let's have some fun.

TRICKS- The amount of tricks you do is the amount of points you receive.
Jumping Jacks- 10, 25, 40, 60, 75, 100
Push ups (Modified OK)- 10, 15, 25, 30
Walk- 20, 30, 45 or 60 mins
Abs/crunches- 10, 20, 30, 45, 50, 75, 100
Yoga/Stretch- 10, 20, 30, 40, or 60 mins
Arms/weights (Overhead lifts) 10, 20, 30
Squats- 25, 30, 50
Cardio 15, 20, 30, 40, 60
Strength 30, 40, 60

TREATS
8 Glasses of Water- 25 pts
Take Vitamin- 25 pts
2 Fruits - 50 pts
3 Veggies 75 pts
Replace a meal with a salad- 100 pts
Stay within Calorie Range- 150 pts
Try a healthy recipe- 200 pts
Take a Hot Bath- 25 pts
Get a massage- 25 pts
Get a foot rub- 25 pts

BONUSES (All team players can do any of the following for extra points)
Give somebody a emoticon HUG- 10 pts each
Daily Huddle- 25 pts once per day per team player
Update your page- 100 pts
Blog About anything- 25 pts daily for each team player
Spooky Poem or Story Blog- 50 pts daily for each team player
Food Blog- 100 pts daily for each team player
Blog (November Goals) 200 pts 1 time blog only for each team player

    Sounds great! It's good to include the vitamins because we do need the D and calcium for sure. I'll have to add that as a personal goal.
