Week 2, Day 8 =)

Today I went over and found out that going out to breakfast is really difficult for me, but a nice quiet date with hubby was needed so it all balances out in the long run!

We did a lot of gardening this weekend. My back is killing me. I think I pulled something but Advil and the Therma Care heating pads are keeping me going right now! Hopefully a good nights rest will help clear that up quickly!

I started a new challenge today (see my other blog for today if you want the details) but the big thing is I have two October goals 8 pounds and 1000 fitness minutes, both I CAN do and I'm hoping the accountability helps keep me going.

Tomorrow is Tuesday, and I've already got it planned on how to get the water/fruit/veggie thing in early and stay on track. I find it much easier when I am home during the day and everyone else is out. I also find it easier to turn on the music (as loud as I want) and dance crazy around the house while doing housework.

I reposted on CL an "ad" for SP cause I know that there are so many out there that could use this site for help in reaching their goals and I wanted to do what I could to spread the spark!!
